We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.
*Responsibilities*
- Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on mechanical knowledge
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Communicate effectively with the service team and mechanics to ensure timely completion of work
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services or products
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in upselling services or products
